The recruitment interview, depending on the position and your experience, lasts from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. You will certainly be asked about your previous experience, as well as professional situations that you had to face. This way we check your competences and your way of handling specific tasks.

Very often during a conversation we check your language competence, so you should expect one or two questions in the languages you speak.

Interview allows also some time for your questions — we are ready to answer them all.

Yes! We also employ students by matching their work schedule to college classes. We are flexible, but not all positions can be part-time. During the interview we will ask you about your availability.

At CERI International, professional experience is important, but even more important are: team work readiness, willingness to learn and to gain experience in new areas. We will gladly share our knowledge and teach you how to perform tasks related to a given position. Do not hesitate and apply!

In all recruitment processes we collect applications via a platform that is used to effectively manage candidate recruitment. At the beginning you are asked to complete a short survey (it will take you only 2 minutes) and attach your resume (cover letter is not required). By completing this process, your CV will be stored in our database, which greatly facilitates our recruitment and search for candidates.

In addition, this way you save time — you register only once, but you can apply for various positions, also in the future. Please don’t be discouraged and take 3 minutes to submit your application.

It’s really worth it.

During the holiday season, we usually have several internships, but if you are a student and you are not available full-time or you do not have adequate experience or skills, we encourage you to apply for job offers. At CERI, many students successfully combine learning with work.

International Candidate FAQ

No, at CERI there are teams, in which Polish language knowledge is not necessary. In this case, knowledge of English or German will be the key. All documents, training, recruitment and onboarding process will be conducted in language adjusted to candidate. We are open to employing all candidates meeting the conditions of a given offer, regardless of their origin and knowledge of the Polish language.

The interview is conducted in the language in which the candidate will work. As a rule, this will be English or German. There is also a possibility to conduct an interview in Ukrainian. We assist candidates in all formalities related to recruitment and employment, both before and during work.

Work at CERI is performed according to Polish law. At the beginning we employ workers on 3/6/12 months employment contract.

Condition of employment is legal stay in Poland confirmed by proper documents.

No, we also hire part-time. We try to be flexible, therefore during the interview we determine the availability of the candidate.
